Service Masters was very flexible with us as well, needing to last minute reschedule, accommodating our request seamlessly. Highly recommend them for carpet cleaning, fire/water damage, and any other service they perform!

Words cant even describe how grateful I am of this company . We’ve been working with Mike Shea and he is the absolute best ! Always keeps me updated and always keeps a smile on our faces . He has helped us stay positive throughout the whole process especially when the ruff patches hit . I’ll always recommend service master to any and everyone . You never expect your whole life to go up into flames but they have been there for me and my family since day 1 and has made the best out of a horrible situation. My family and I have handled with other companies to give us estimates on our home and like most businesses it’s just all about the money but with service master they made it about family and that we had a home to come back to . Never had a better carpet cleaner like Jason. He's very knowledgeable and I learned a lot of do's & don'ts from, him. My bedroom carpet looks brand new & it's 20 years old! Paul has over 30 years of experience, and very passionate about his work, which makes for an amazing experience, and outcome! Paul is very professional, very knowledgeable, and maintains great communication throughout the process. Our home is our sanctuary and most important investment, so we trust Paul and Service Master to take care of our home as if it was their home!

I've had some pretty extensive water damage from a burst pipe. After being referred to by my insurance. Ryan and Claudia were sent out to assess the damage. They have stepped up and ServiceMaster has handled everything. Pierce and his partner were sent to start the mitigation process. All four of them were very polite,knowledgeable and understanding of all our questions and concerns. I'm very glad and grateful that ServiceMaster is dealing with our issues and were recommended. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again or recommend them to anyone else.

My mother's house was flooded due to a pipe bursting. Pierce came out and was awesome! He was efficient and patient and also the friendliest service person I have met!
