I had been dealing with a mouse issue in my car and had no success in catching it. Turns out, it was a rat and too big for the traps I was setting. After coming face to face with the rat, I'd had enough and decided to call the first pest company that came up. Elliot was able to come out the same day and set up the appropriate traps and check the perimeter for any other evidence of rodents. He was very informative and would definitely use again.

Elliot arrived early in the arrival window. After a few moments of inteoductions and chit-chat, We got right to work on the issues. I took him around the house while he inspected as we went. He did an inspection under the house. He identified potential issues and got to work correcting them. Easy paperwork and payment. So pleased! After trying for weeks to eradicate the mice I surrendered and called Bigfoot. Elliott was prompt, professional, and pleasant. He looked around the interior and then went outside to check the perimeter for entry holes. He found it and plugged it up, then set out box traps (my word) outside and small traps in the kitchen that are easy to set, to rid my house of the residue mice. Soon I'll be mouse-free! Elliott did a thorough pest inspection for us while we were buying our house. He is definitely quite knowledgeable and fun to talk to. We were quite happy that he not only knows how to find pests, but also which critters to leave alone. (Gotta love those pollinators and other beneficial insects.) I can't say enough good things about Elliot from Bigfoot Pest Management. After another pest control company referred him, saying they couldn't take the job in the time I needed but spoke very highly of him, I was hopeful.
