Grateful for the callback service that I received from Saundra Wheaton today. I understand that it’s spider season and I live in a wooded area. However, Saundra took the time to explain measures, I can take to help keep the spiders away to the best of my ability. And she provided excellent service in knocking down the spiderwebs and covering our space with the treatment expertly. It truly felt like she treated our space as if it was her own. It’s technicians like Saundra that make me grateful for choosing Purcor, and keep me from shopping around.

Josh was very patient and set us up with service the next day. Austin gave me a courtesy call and showed up when expected. He was polite and knowledgeable. He did his job with professionalism and answered all of my questions. I haven’t seen an ant since he left and now he’s kind of my new Hero! Thanks Purcor

Josh is an excellent tech with Purcor. We are always so happy with his service. He is timely, communicative, and extremely thorough. He answers any and all questions and makes sure to review any service notes before leaving. I always appreciate his service appointments and feel confident about our home's care as a result.

Rebekah Q is the best service technician, she was so patient explaining how the service works and what methods were needed to treat my home. She was also very thorough in all her communications regarding when she would be on my property and what precautions I should take with my pets.

Gave regular service every three months which has been fine. Suddenly we see a rodent in our kitchen I call Purcor, I send an email no response. Next morning I call again am told they will call me right back. No response. I call again am told the same story and I said no not acceptable. So she puts me on hold comes back on and says no technician in our area. "What do you mean? They come here all the time? No response". Again says I’ll have to call you back!!! Finally calls back and can’t schedule for three days! This is unacceptable. For what we pay when there is an emergent situation (for the first time ever) to go thru having to repeatedly call with no call back just is horrible service. All your ads say 24/7 etc. very false and misleading. I will be cancelling my service. They are there for you on their schedule but not when we need them. So called the number you gave me and the person told me they didn’t know how to help me. Ha so ridiculous

Tim at PURCOR was a great technician. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He came out to treat for ants and went above and beyond. While he was treating outside the house, he killed a wasp nest too! We are highly satisfied with our service for PURCOR. We called them and established with them and they sent out a technician in under 5 hours.

BEWARE: A PURCOR technician inspected our attic on Friday 11/8. He stated to my wife and I "the required work will take two men 8 hours to complete. That would be $300 a hour for a total of $2,400." We scheduled the work to be completed on Monday November 11th. The work was started around 8:30am and completed in less than 4 hours. At 12:21pm as I was notified by email of the completed work. PURCOR refused to adjust our invoice to a lesser amount even though the work was completed 4 hours early. We also were texted a survey to complete for the single technician (not 2) who came out. We feel completely scammed.
