Andrew came out to treat my house. He explained what areas he would treat as well as what it does. He also told me the recommended times to wait before letting my dog into the treated areas. He was very nice and polite. I can tell he put a lot of effort into getting the cobwebs at the higher parts of the house as well as the rest of the perimeter. He did a great job. Thank you!

100% recommend, they were supposed to come out on a different day but didn’t make it in the window and I rescheduled, there was no fee applied for it. I was put on a list to have them come out the next day asap and they did! Ashley did an amazing job giving out tips that were specific to our set up at home and was very thorough in making sure any spots we were worried about got traps set down. He used pet friendly traps and kept them in safe spots for our animals. I feel confident in the service we received today and feel that the service provided is consistent with the price of the service!

Wow Greenix has been absolutely wonderful to work with, after dealing with some unfortunate pests for what felt like forever I can confidently say Greenix has done their job and helping us get rid of them and sticking with it until they were gone by helping identify where they were coming from and keeping them away and will continue to do so! Alan the manger has been amazing and lives up to quality for his customers. I have had multiple times where I had to contact Alan personally due to what I’d been seeing and he has always made sure we were taken care of. Each and every one of the pros that has been to my home has thorough and explains everything they did or are doing and they know I had tons of questions. Thanks Greenix!

We have Greenix protection year round. They do a great job. When we had wasps get in the house 2 days in a row we called for a revisit. Austin came out to provide service. He listened very carefully to all my concerns and addressed them honestly. He did a very thorough inspection of not only the problem area and the interior of the problem window but also the entire exterior of the house. He found additional nests on other parts of my house that I did not realize were there. Austin treated all areas very completely. He was respectful, friendly, and professional throughout the call. I feel my wasp concerns have been relieved. I would welcome Austin back any time I need service, confident that he will take care of any problem completely.

Austin was here to remove my rodent traps. He was respectful and efficient. He also pointed out to me that the sealant in my ac hose is deteriorating. He told me exactly what to buy at the hardware store and how to use it so I could fix this myself. This was above and beyond what he was here for and in no way benefitted him. Thank you so much, Austin. You are a great employee.

Avoid them! I’m calling to see when my contract is over! I have used multiple pest controls and never had to have a contract. When I asked they said it was to give it time to work. I have had to call them once because I watched the guy on the camera NOT spray my house and was he was barely here and the time he was, he was in his truck. When I called, they looked it up, agreed. The next guy came out and did a thorough job, but since back to the skeleton. We have lived here nearly 6 years and have more mosquitoes, spiders, gnats and other ransoms than ever before. It was a high pressure salesman who swore their product was better. LIES! Avoid this company. What makes me most said is I was locked into a rate with my previous (who I was happy with) and now will pay more. Don’t fall for it!

Adam was great. He did a very thorough job and provided me with specific recommendations to prevent future issues. He even sent a text after showing what was done for each step of the visit. Well done, Adam!
