I've used Schendel Pest Control and technician Galen for several years. Recently I had an unusual increase in wasps and large flies. Galen came out, assessed the situation, took photos, consulted with his manager, and quickly treated the areas. He’s always professional, thorough, and truly cares about keeping our homes protected. I highly recommend Galen and Schendel Pest Services. Thanks guys!

Justin did an excellent job with our first pest control visit today. We had many different concerns we wanted addressed and he was willing to spend the time it required in order to cover all the bases. One of our traps tripped not long after he left and he was able to come back and take care of it right away. He was very personable and easy to work with. I'm looking forward to our continued plan with Schendel and Justin.

I’ve had Schendel for over 10 years. The last 5 I have been pretty unimpressed with their attention to detail, however Justin has changed all that. I started the year ready to shop other pest control, but after getting Justin as our new guy earlier in the year, he has changed our minds to stay with Schendel. Give the man a raise. We have used Schendel for many years. Their services have been great. Greg, our technician, does a fantastic job for us. When we had a problem like ants in the Spring, he solved the problem. Greg always lets us know that if needed he will come back until the problem is solved. We never have a pest problem. Judy

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. They will take your money and run. Read that again. Yesterday, I was supposed to have my unit treated for roaches. I was given a letter to exit the unit and expect treatment from 9am to 3pm so I was gone all day. I am disabled and extremely heat sensitive, so it was hard for me to stay away from home for that long. Come to find out, me making myself heat sick after a wisdom tooth surgery was for nothing because the people this company sent out, took the money my complex gave them and left the job site without completing the job. They never treated my unit. So, if you like to be scammed, Schendel Pest Services is for you! My entire kitchen is in my dining room because I was expecting a bug bombing to take place in my kitchen and unit. It’s not because I want to do a scavenger hunt every night to make food. This company is completely unprofessional. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ll also be contacting the better business bureau.
