Andrew was amazing! He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and handled the job with real professionalism. He checked every area thoroughly and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. You can tell he knows his work and actually cares about helping his customers. Since he treated my home, I’ve noticed a huge difference. No more pests, and he even gave me tips to prevent issues in the future. Friendly, respectful, and reliable — exactly what you want when letting someone into your home. I highly recommend Andrew and Rite-A-Way Pest Control. Excellent service from start to finish!

I only gave one star because I had to provide one in order to complete my review however highly disappointed with rite a way pest control company. They are paid to exterminate the apartments in my building once every month at the end of the month and for the last six months, no one has provided service to my apartment. I then called the company which didn’t make the situation better the young lady who answered the phone was very rude showed no gratitude or concerned about the difficulty I was facing with the issue from the company. I don’t understand if you’re getting paid upfront to provide services you should do so I do not recommend RITE A WAY PEST CONTROL!!!!! if you can find another exterminating company. You should do so right away terrible.

Jose was really thorough and clearly defined expectations. He Identified the problem and suggested a course of action that worked. Great service.

Chris Nell Rocked!!! This was the most personable exterminator I’ve ever met in my life. Chris listened to our pest qualms and made us feel heard. He took the time to put extra attention in areas where we had seen pests. Chris went above and beyond.
