Joseph was incredibly kind and professional. He gave me an appointment pre call, letting me know and notifying me how far out he was. Did an excellent job at inspecting the home and making conversation. He also did an excellent job at letting me know the rates and prices for pest control, as well as signs to look out for an educated me on key things to look out for in case I see any issues Honestly, I’m really happy and grateful he came out. He made the entire process extremely easy, and I felt like I walked away, more confident in my ability to understand what to look for. The prices. Also seemed incredibly reasonable, and I will be reaching out in the future to possibly set up a service. Didn’t in a way that wasn’t pushing your sales related, but showed that he genuinely cared about Me as a customer hats off to him for JOB. Garett H did a wonderful and thorough job treating our home for our bi-monthly service. He let us know exactly what he was doing, was kind and friendly (especially with a dog and baby in the house), and made sure all areas were sprayed. We are so glad he is our regular technician!

John was a very hard and efficient worker and quickly got the job done. He answered all my concerns in a very friendly and professional manner. He was a very trustworthy representative of your company and I would consider him a great asset as your front line representative! My concern with your company is His $5.00 bonus! It should be a gift card for a nice lunch at least minimal of $10.00! What can he buy with $5.00?

Joseph was very personable. He arrived on time and worked hard while he was here. We had some good conversation and I got a very informative education on termites. Things I didn't know and found quite interesting. I have always had good experience with Budget Brothers but I do wonder one thing.... it would seem that if your CEO is a military / veteran, that you all would offer a veteran discount. John was great. He was in and out in a matter of minutes after a thorough review of my walls inside and outside. The entire time he was receptive to questions and took time to educate me on his process. He also shared a lot of general knowledge and addressed many of my concerns about having termites.
