Fantastic pet control company! Owner was great, explained everything and answered questions. Very knowledgeable. Scheduling was easy and received regular updates. Steve was awesome. Was right on time. Did a great job. He was very friendly and took time to answer questions. Actually walked the termite area and did additional treatment of room to assure they were not coming back. Very thorough. Even foamed the wall at baseboard as to minimize any visible evidence of treatment. Will definitely go to Urban Desert Pest Control for any future needs and recommend them to anyone. It's difficult finding a trustworthy company who cares about their customers and does quality work.

I love that we have the same technician and he knows our home well and takes great care of everything. We’ve been 100% bug free since starting service. Robert Nelson has been servicing our house and yard for a few years now. He is fantastic! Always very personable and friendly but also very knowledgeable and thorough! When we first moved in we had scorpions everywhere in the yard (and a few in the house), fast forward to today and we haven't seen a scorpion anywhere in two years! (and I search for them with a black light regularly) Robert was here today and he also discovered and dealt with a fire ant colony in our front yard. We wouldn't use anyone else!

Eric at Urban Desert has been great. He’s always thorough, communicates well with us and is so pleasant! Highly recommend this service. We have not had any pest problems since we engaged them two years ago.
