I was really prepared to cancel my services before this service appointment due to continue frustrations with communications and delivery, but I figured I would give this company one more shot. Effren surely turned that direction around after his service. He listened to my concerns and truly delivered what he said he would do. I only removed a star because he did not inform me that he was leaving and left the garage open (I was home, but there is an outdoor keypad to close the garage. I would have liked him to let me know he was leaving and a summary of what he did around my property to address my concerns.

Leo has fantastic Customer Service. He was professional and made me comfortable having in my home with my young kids. He was flexible rescheduling my appointment today when something unexpected pop up and it was great that he had texted in advance. Easy to work with and easy to communicate with.

Jason is AMAZING! He is courteous, friendly and prompt. HE IS THE REASON I still have you service my home. My very large dog trusts him and we all know "the dogs know" a good person when they meet one. What an employee! You should hang on to him!

Eric has great customer service skills. Friendly and knowledgeable. He also took the time to ask me if I had any questions or concerns. He listened to my concerns about ants and made sure to spray the spot I showed him. Great job!

Had my house serviced today and my technician was new (to me). Vaughn was very personable, courteous, considerate and easy to speak with. I felt safe with him in my home and observed him attending to every necessary area carefully and most importantly, thoroughly. Thank you (and him) for the excellent service experience.

He is careful where he sprays. He provides a quality and very thorough service to my home and front and back yards. He is my preferred and requested technician. The tech came opened the side gate saw our dogs and left. The worst part of this was that my wife was at the pool sitting on the ground pulling weeds and the tech just left without saying anything. Recently I have made numerous phone calls to try to cancel my service but no one answers the phone. We wanted to previously cancel due to poor past service regarding the ants in the back yard, we even showed the tech where the ant piles were and he did not address them as we asked him. Their minimal service might work well for others but i would not recommend if you are looking for excellent customer service or any fair quality of work.
