Dylan has serviced our home multiple times and has always done a fantastic job. He's always attentive to our concerns and helpful with any explanations of why certain bugs may be getting in and great with suggestions of ways to prevent. We have really noticed a big difference over the last 6 months especially with Dylan servicing our home. Definitely recommend him and Terminix!

Dylan Winters came to service my house after a month of not having service due to scheduling conflicts. He was on time, very calm and listened to what was needed at the house after a longer break from service. He followed all the standard service protocols and confirmed his work with me before he left. We discussed what should be done by the technicians and what to always expect. He is has supervisor qualities and I hope to see him back for follow up services. Great work Dylan! Thank you

My technician Rick Bryan was on time, super knowledgeable, and very kind. We just built or house and wanted the best protection. He took the time to explain to my wife what he was doing and even left alone a barn spider that has become or friend! It’s a shame he’s retiring in 8 months!

I have been with Terminix for five years, and although I have had several technicians, the service has always been top-notch, as their professionalism far exceeded my expectations. My current technician, David, is an example of customer service not being "quaint and unfashionable", but, a necessary and required aspect of all quality businesses. Job well done!

We have contracted Terminix termite control since purchasingour home over 30 years ago because the company fixes problems quickly and professionally if termite damage occurs with zero cost to the customer. We have never been impressed with the quality of their hurried termite inspections and indeed reported the three termite problems we've had ourselves. That was the case until last week when Aaron arrived. Right from the start it was clear he was committed to doing a thorough inspection. This was no 15 minutes visit. He offered to check inside the house ... The attic and crawlspaces to check for pests. After the usual exterior inspection of the house and detached garage, he moved to the crawlspace and spent time in the sealed area. Other Terminix inspectors shine a flashlight from the door. Aaron reviewed his findings and recommendations including pics he had taken. He explained how Terminix quarterly pest control service would remedy the situation, but did not push when I explained I was very happy with my excellent Protekt quarterly pest control service. During the inspection, Aaron explained what to look for and suggested ways Terminix could address future problems. A lot has changed about the services the company offers. There was much value in this visit and I feel the young man has the expertise and better yet the intent to do the best job for me. I will definitely ask for Aaron for future inspections.

Zach Lewanowicz has been my technician for several years now. He is very attentive to the home needs, good at explaining when I have a question, and very friendly. He seems to really care about his customers and always comes back to the door after treatments to explain his findings. Top notch!!

Joshua Gomez was great and he's very professional and enthusiastic. He does his job correctly the first time.. hea punctual and educational with the services that's provided. Always very helpful and refreshing.
