The technician Mark that came out did a great job. He was swift, professional, and exuded excellent customer service. I do feel as though some of the ladies in the office were a little short with me when I called in. But nevertheless, the overall service was good. I definitely, appreciate the fact that the service that I received comes with another visit in 6 months, which is a great benefit for the price that I paid.

On time, appt made with ease and within a reasonable timeframe. Felt the price was fair. I like that they spray twice a year as I don’t like the idea of quarterly treatments when I have pets and small children about. He was thorough. I’ve already seen a reduction in insects.

I’ve been using Aerex for years and trust them to do a great job. Steve the technician is courteous and dependable. The woman who answers the phone is always grouchy though, not sure why she still works there.

Highly recommend! Our building had a couple of issues initially, and we now use them regularly preventively. We recently had a wasp issue that turned out to be significant, and they patiently worked with us to resolve the issue safely and professionally. They are professionals you can trust.

Aerex does a great job maintaining our home for unwanted insects/pests. The office staff is very friendly and professional, and the technicians are always great! I love that they are always on time and do a thorough job. I highly recommend Aerex!
