I have been using Sovereign Pest Control for 6 years and am very pleased with the service - especially with Junior who is my favorite technician. He is pleasant and simply gets the job done right. He’s knowledgeable about the types of insects and makes great recommendations for services. I would definitely recommend this company and also want to let them know they have a gem with Junior!

Jr Smith is the best! We have stayed customers through 2 different homes because of his excellent customer service. He listens to our problem areas and targets the job each time. Others have rushed through the service resulting in continued issues. Not Jr. He makes sure his customers are well taken care of. He oil in high demand so you need to call early to get in his schedule. The phone staff is very kind and professional. We highly recommend this pest control service.

We had a great experience with our technician, Manuel. He was very friendly, professional, and informative. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us helpful tips to keep our home pest-free. We truly appreciate his excellent service and highly recommend him!

Jr came out and explained the different levels of coverage and we decided on the Platinum Pest Control option. Jr was very thorough, he sprayed around the perimeter of our home, took down spider webs, put down sticky traps in garage, and did a termite inspection. He was very personable, such a nice, pleasant man. I would definitely recommend their services, but in particular, Jr! When we made the appointment for our service, the lady said we would have Jr as our Service Technician, and that customers rave about him. I've been with Sovereign pest control for years, and they always do wonderful work. Marion "Jr" is the best rep. I love how he takes pride in what he does and even reminds me to close my garage door when he's finished.

Junior is awesome. He is timely, respectful, honest, trustworthy, thorough, and always listens to my concerns. Sovereign’s prices are reasonable. Whenever I call, I’m able to speak with a real person and not a robot. I just recommended them on the Neighbors app.
