I had the pleasure of speaking with Sandra over the phone regarding pest control services, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire conversation. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Truly the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Thank you, Sandra!

Bought my first home, entire outside was repainted in May 2023, house tented for termites and other insects for good messure in June), moved in by July 2023, Dewey salesman gave pitch within same month moved in, decided to try out general property bug extermination/prevention plan for $75/month every other month for a year (*catch = if I cancel in the first year then every inspection costs $200). First treatment took 10-20 minutes (keep in mind it was a newly painted house and little to do besides spray and keep bugs from coming in), I asked that the fence be treated too since that was the only area with some pest issues identified (limited termite evidence), fence was not treated. Next treatment due in September, I told them prior to treatment by phone there were many new spider webs that had established on exterior of home, scheduled the appointment a week in advance with this request to remove webs and treat, next week: 10-20 minute treatment and webs not removed. Already feeling like I am getting very poor value for the service I am paying for 2 treatments in. Would never recommend, will not be continuing service. I can pay $20 for the spray and spend 10-20 minutes every other month myself for a whole year rather than waste $70 every other month for the same work. This is ridiculous. What a scam.

These guys were amazing. From the beginning with Sandra the coordinator, and the visit from Technician Jorge. They really know what they are doing and take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

I would have liked more communication on when the technician would arrive. We received a two hour window for the appointment, he arrive about 40 minutes late and completed the treatment pretty quick. We had to be out of house for two hours, but almost 3 hours later there were still standing puddles along base boards/on the floor. We were told this is normal and it could be wiped up. Since we have dogs it was necessary, and that part of the clean up took about 90 minutes. This has not been similar to other treatments from different companies. I expect that in the end the bug/ant issue will be resolved, we have already noticed a significant difference.

After spending all morning trying to find someone to remove a bat from in front of my door and no luck, I decided to call Dewey Pest & Termite Control and to my surprise they offered to remove the bat for free. Also provided good info about bats. Thank you for your great service you guys are the best!

We were out of state on their last service, but saw the gentleman that was there to service at the door and appreciated knowing they were by.
