Care Pest Pros

Care Pest Pros has been taking care of us for quite a while and have been wonderful. From my first meeting with Kyle I knew this was the company I wanted to go with. He completely understood my neurotic need to believe that what was in our attic was NOT rats, but instead the cute cartoon version of squirrels or chipmunks...like Chip & Dale. He and his team got us through that, then the Murder Hornets under our deck, ok they were Cicada Killers or something like that, but it still sounds scary. He laughs whenever I call with whatever crazy thing I call about and he and his team always come and take care of it. They are the best and I recommend CARE PEST PROS to everyone. This business is great. If you have a pest problem, call Kyle. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. I’m a DIY’er and finally gave up and called Kyle to come solve my Squirrel(s) problem. First, he actually went deep into the attic thoroughly inspected it, finding several areas around the eaves of my house that needed to be sealed. After sealing it all up, he strategically installed a one way door to let the critters out. It worked like a charm for Squirrel #1, but squirrel #2 was too timid and went into hiding after Big Momma was gone. He came right back out and then set a trap for Squirrel #2. After celebrating our victory, I had to call him back a few days later and say we weren’t done. Turns out there was squirrel #3 who was may more timid and way more sneaky. Took another few days, but Kyle eventually trapped that one too. Overall the service was incredible, communication was excellent and Kyle is just a super nice guy that loves what he’s doing. Only thing I’d change in this whole process is to maybe have one more squirrel #4 up there, just to see more creatively in getting these pest out. If you’re reading this, look no further. Give Kyle your money, and when it’s done, you’ll be completely satisfied. Here is the pic of Big Mama on the outside, and ‘lil #2 too timid to leave home. #3 was only observed once from inside a cage while Kyle drove her far away from here.

Service is always on time and hassle free. If we ever have insect issues, they are there to re-treat. Nicolette was very sweet and did a great job.

Highly recommend! They have been servicing our houses for years. Have an ant infestation in between quarterly sprays (like we did)? All it took was a phone call and they were there to fix it ASAP! Great service, they show up on time and their technicians are super professional.

These people are the absolute best! I have been happy with their service from day one. They're professional, courteous, punctual, and do a great job. They also go over and beyond . I was out of town when a red wasp infestation occurred with a nest in my eaves. I take care of my mother and was worried about her not being able to enter or leave the house since it was right by the front door. I called in the morning and they were there in the afternoon handling the problem. Top notch people top notch service!!!

Kyle was very professional and kind when taking care of our critter issue. Other companies from whom we got estimates, quoted us much higher estimates for services we didn't necessarily need. Kyle worked us into his schedule promptly, provided us with excellent service, communicated with us throughout the process, and only charged us for the exact service we needed. We are extremely grateful to Care Pest Pros!

Care Pest Pros has provided pest control for our house ever since we moved to Lakeway. We are on a regular schedule with them. They communicate well informing us on when they will arrive to service us and are flexible to enough to come when it is more convenient. On the rare occasions where we see activity in the house, they will come and take care of it without an additional charge. Their technicians are prompt and courteous. James is our regular guy, but all of them do a great job. They are mindful of our dogs and our property. Recommended. Update 9/8/22 I foolishly fell for a sales pitch from another pest control outfit and informed Care Pest Pros. When I came to my senses, I called Kyle and he resumed my service without saying "I told you so." Ray came today on time and efficiently treated my house. I'm not switching ever again.
