Amazing customer service, always happy to be at your home. My dogs are so excited when Rick shows up to spray the house, they become his personal assistants/body guard as he goes room to room. I’ve not had a single insect in my house or garage since being on their maintenance plan. I couldn’t be happier! They have a customer for life!! Amazing price, amazing service, amazing attitude!

After moving into a rental home with a huge insect (German cockroaches) issue the landlord hired this company to spray routinely in an attempt to eradicate the problem. After several visits, that went smoothly, my work schedule changed. I am now unable to be there promptly during the time frame they provided. I asked if they could perhaps change me to a different day or different time. My initial request was that they move me 45 minutes later to allow me time to get home from work. I was told that it was not productive for their business to rearrange their schedule to accommodate me. I find that to be very poor customer service. How can you maintain a successful business if you are unwilling work with your customers ?

Rick has done a great job keeping the rodents away from the house. I recommend these folks 100%. They are always top notch with their service.

I have to be honest I've had them before and I was very pleased. I asked Rick to give me a price of treatment for subterranean termites over 2 weeks from this writing, and I have yet to hear from anyone. Very disappointed since I always had plenty of communication from them. I can't see me using them again.
