I have been working with Smithers Pest Control for over a decade. I have two homes in Pinellas county and use Smithers’ services for both. I have pest control services monthly and also monthly inspections. The office staff is extremely helpful. The techs are reliable and do a fine job. I’ve had occasions while away from home, the tech found issues such as a water leak, an air conditioner malfunction or other similar emergencies and contacted me immediately to mitigate. I am extremely pleased with their services and plan to use them indefinitely.

We've been using Smithers since 2011. We have never had a problem, they came back out once when I requested additional treatment due to a particicularly persistent problem. Wonderful people. They've alerted us to a problem with the AC when we were out of town. Very friendly, personable, helpful staff.

1st I just want to say John the owner always puts his customers first. He did an amazing job for me, answered all my questions and concerns I had about him spraying. Very professional and guaranteed his work if I have any issues he will come back right away. With the Covid 19 stuff going on he still came out and took care of me. I highly recommend. We have been using them a long long time. Not impressed. Bugs always show up, ant traps they put out don't even come close to working. Just not a effective pest control company. But they do know how to charge!
