Always with the emails ahead of time, and then showing up when they say they will... I appreciate that! And to top it off-- the nicest people in the world. And... the stuff works. Couldn't use our yard in previous years, mosquitos were insane! The Mosquito Authority took care of it and we can enjoy our yard again. Such a difference!!
Very professional and thorough. Easy to communicate with. In the 5 years that we have used them, there has only been 2 times I've had to ask them to come back. The first time was only asking them to spray a little earlier than scheduled was because we were having a large party and I just wanted to make sure there were no issues because we live in a very wooded area. And the second time was because we have had so much rain this year, I think the mosquitos are just incredibly heavy. The treatments are guaranteed after the 2nd spray and they don't question you if they need to come back. In 5 years, only asking them to come back twice, tells you this works. Thank you Mike and Andrea for taking care of us in our fight against mosquitoes!
We had a last minute request and Mosquito authority was very accommodating. They arrived the next day and treated our yard. The service was/is excellent. Best of all, no mosquitoes! Thank you, we can enjoy our yard again.
This year especially, with all the rain, we are very happy to have Mosquito Authority. They do a great job, and their service is far more effective than the home DIY version of mosquito obliteration.
I've used Mosquito Authority for the last few years and have been very pleased wit their work. I can sit on my deck in the evening and not be bothered by mosquitos by having to use foul smelling sprays on my skin or having fire hazards by lighting smelly candles. Peace of mind
