Called in to have someone come out to give a quote for termites. Was not met with an upbeat response on the other end of the line " how do you know you have dry wood termites? I’ve had them before I know. Well we don’t have anyone in the area till Monday. I can’t do Monday. Wednesday’s work best for me. We can’t do that. I hung up. Zero concern to try to earn business

this company is great! the people scheduling are very nice and the person named Derrick that came out to get rid of a beehive we had was very professional and great at communicating! def will use them again if needed!

They were a complete Joke. I was referred to them from a friend BC I thought I might have termites. They said they could have someone come by the next day to measure our house and give a quote on tenting. I asked if they were going to inspect to see if I actually had termites before we worry about tenting. I was told if I wanted an inspection that they could send someone in 4 weeks. Seems like they only want to push tenting and not actually do their job. I would never trust a company who operates this way.

You know it's a good company when they tell you you DON'T have termites! A few years ago we had them come out and tent after we bought the house. Recently we found termite poop and thought we must have gotten them again. I called and they sent out Ralph. He came and looked then asked me a few questions and explained to me it was likely just old poop falling out of a gap. He could have told me anything and I wouldn't have known any better. Instead of that he told me I didn't have termites and no treatment was needed. This might be one of the last honest companies left. Would highly recommend them.

Only complaint is we were told to be out of house by 8:30 am, which we were. Tent was not put on until til 2:30p. Otherwise, excellent service, and quick response to texted questions by us. And they beat competition by over a 1000$ in price. Thank you, Nick!!!

I wasn't completely sure if I was gonna write this or not, but I'm gonna go ahead.This company's negligence has cost a life of innocent animals. On more than one occasion today. In between me, moving my home. My cat escaped outside and went into the trailer next to it. As I was unaware what they were doing because of the negligence again of the company.And also the mobile home park not notifying clients that there was going to be harsh toxic chemicals. My cat escaped outside right under the trailer they tented I called the number on the sign robert Moore. He said oh well an the cats is Def dead now. So now I get to explain to my children why tiger whose 10 years old won't be coming home This also has happened to others it's because they are cheap I will be contacting BBB as well and figuring out why no one nit even their employees who looked me dead in my face , didn't let me know I was right there But thanks also one of your employees wanted to verbally attack me. Do better I was freaking out about my kitty and now look .

This is a top notch fumigation company, my experience was seamless. Robert was very caring, understanding and attentive to every detail when it comes to safety and executing the job in a timely manor. I highly recommend this company for all of your fumigation needs!
