Our technician, Linwood, demonstrated excellent professionalism, especially his customer service skills. He was pleasant to talk to, and very responsive in answering our questions and concerns. Emily was thorough, knowledgeable, and informed me of services covered in my contract that I wasn't taking advantage of. I will be sure to request her for my next service.

I think one of the greatest things Southern provides and their competitors do not is the time schedule for service. I am a new customer of Southern Pest Control, and I’m genuinely SO impressed! I like that I just paid one time and have them when needed for the whole year, it makes it so easy! My first service was done by Matt, and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very kind, thorough in explaining things. Within 24 hours of spraying, my ant problem was completely gone! Over the next couple weeks, I did see more spiders, which was explained to be normal, those were the ones hiding, and SPC came right back out for a second spray! I had Ian the second service, and he was just as kind and thorough as Matt! He was also very personable, noticing my kiddos starwars stuff in his room and struck up conversation with him about it. After he left, my son commented on how cool the pest control guy was Genuinely such a good company, and I have referred them to numerous clients of mine already!
