Eagle Pest is a wonderful locally owned and operated pesky pest solution for Waco! They have serviced my home when I need them (very reliable). They can usually get to you either same day or the next depending on scheduling. Overall very satisfied customer who highly recommends this company. Shannon is the employee who services our house and he is so wonderful and attentive to any issue(s) you express. My husband told him… "looks like you’re becoming my wife’s favorite person".

From start to finish, our experience with Eagle Pest Control was great. The office manager, Sylvie, responded to my request for info super fast and we were able to get services scheduled promptly (which was very much appreciated since our flea problem was pretty bad!). Our technician, Phillip, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He definitely handled the fleas for us. We highly recommend this company and will be calling them in the future if we ever have another pest problem! **The pricing was also very reasonable for a one time treatment. Most places we called were crazy expensive for a one-time service or they required/kept pressuring us to schedule a recurring service, which we did not want.

I was very pleased with the service Eagle Pest Control provided me today. There was a rodent in the roof that had died and the smell was unbearable. I had already called quite a few companies that told me they could get me on their schedule for the next day and some even said next week. This was frustrating because I had to get someone to get whatever it was out of the ceiling and I new the smell would only get worse. I called the number to Eagle Pest Control and was greeted by a very nice lady named Sylvie. She informed me that all of the technicians were on calls but one appeared to have another job in the same area as me. She asked if she could call me back to see if she could arrange for the tech to service me while he was in the area. She called back in a few minutes and let me know that he would be on the way shortly and she also text me when he was actually on the way. The techs name was Phillip and he made it within the same hour as my call. Phillip was extremely nice and very professional. I highly recommend this company because they went above and beyond to give the best possible customer service, which is rare these days. If I ever have another rodent issue they will be my go to company. If you have any rodent or pest issues give them a call, you won't regret it. Thanks again Sylvie and Phillip!!!!

I have never worked with any service industry so wonderful! From the administration to the on-site technician they have been absolutely perfect. I was so embarrassed about my rodent infestation and they were so compassionate and made me feel so much better about my situation with their advice and support. We have them at my place of business and now at my home. I would recommend them above all others no matter what the issue!
