They were fine until they changed companies /names. They lost my card on file TWICE. Then I received text messages that they were going to charge me a 10% fee if I didn't pay when I fixed this multiple times. Then they said they would send me to collections for 94 dollars! After I was a loyal customer for 5 years! Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the service guys are very nice and do a fine job. Billing and customer service receives no stars

When I called I spoke to Jay and she was so knowledge on the life if a wasp it was extremely impressive and gross!! She was able to create a perfect service plan to add a property to my already existing plan and just made it much easier process than I was expecting! Same day treatment t with Chris and totally recommend these guys. I initially came in contact with a door-to-door salesman which normally I avoid. But I just have to add that they aren't your typical aggravating guys. They actually can back up the services they are pitching. 100% recommend haven't had any issues with my first property so the results are totally worth it. Thanks guys

Very unethical and unprofessional staff. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Do not give them your bank account information, at one point they took it upon themselves to cancel my contact and charge me the full amount. After I got that straightened out and my contract expire they told me that im still responsible for making payments to them and I keep getting text messages telling me I'm going to get penalized and turned over to collections for services not rendered.

I definitely do NOT recommend Aruza. From the beginning from the sales to the customer service has been terrible. A year ago we were promised great mosquito treatment. We have a creek in the back and were told they could take care of our whole property. The first service with the technician we were told they couldn’t spray within so many feet of the creek, so our radius was then cut down to a bit of our back yard. I kept the year contract so I wouldn’t get a cancellation fee, but as I called to cancel, (two times now to make sure everyone was on the same page) I STILL got charged one more payment. Customer service did not have the same answers as billing. And I was told there was nothing they could do about it. All this to say, I would not recommend going with a big company such as this. Customers did not seem to be their priority.

Door to door sales convinced my wife to try their service. Resprays in 24hrs if you aren’t happy was the big selling feature. The sales pitch does NOT line up with the service. The technicians performing the work are always very professional and friendly however the customer service person when you call about a respray has clearly been directed to make getting a respray a challenge. After the initial spray the service seems to work however as soon as it rains the mosquitos are back as bad as ever. They can NEVER make it out sooner than 3 days and if its half way to the next month they insist that it’s almost time for the next spraying. If they followed through on the sales pitch this company would probably be fine but it is nothing more than a bait and switch.

This is a company that is full of lies. They owe me money. When I call all I get are lies and management never return my calls. I've been going back and forth with them for over 3 months to no avail. If this was the last pest control company on earth I would not do business with them. If you want to do business with a shady company this would be the company for you. They are the worst ever.

I cancelled this service last month. This morning 7/8/25 I received a text that someone would be out 7/10/25 to spray. I texted back I had cancelled this service last month. This afternoon I received a call from Brianna at area code 980 and she told me it was too late on 7/8/25 to cancel the spraying scheduled for 7/10/25. She told me it was too late to cancel my contract. I told her I had no contract it was month to month and I was giving Aruza two days notice prior to a scheduled spraying not to spray my property. I hung up talking with her and called a local number (area code 803) and that gentleman hung up on me. Called another local number and the lady politely said she’d let her manager know. So if you like be run around the flag pole trying to cancel your mosquito spraying service, call Aruza.
