I had 26 straight 5 star reviews on my Airbnb then got 3 non 5 star reviews in a review with their only complaint being bugs. Just so unfortunate that I work so hard to keep my Airbnb clean then I have to rely on evergreen to do the job I pay them a lot of money to do and they do not even come remotely close to doing that it’s just very upsetting. They don’t show up to appointments they don’t call you back they are bad. It took them a MONTH to come spray for bugs that I sent them pictures and videos of over and over again I had to go and buy another pest control because they won’t let me cancel so they really screwed me. I have them for pest control in my 4.92 star Airbnb with 272 5 star cleaning reviews. This house is cleaned minimum 4 times a week and deep cleaned minimum twice a month. There is never trash in here for more than 24 hours, never food for that long rarely anyone ever cooks here there’s no sitting water and yet evergreen still cannot manage to keep bugs out of the house for some reason. It completely baffles me how they are so bad at what I pay them A LOT OF MONEY FOR. Evergreen has cause countless bad reviews from guest when they see bugs and that’s something I can do nothing about but hope evergreen actually does their job which they don’t. Unfortunately for now on I’ll have to be here EVERY TIME THEY SPRAY and follow the technician around making sure they actually spray something because greed has taken this country over. This business doesn’t deserve your money and you don’t deserve to get taken advantage of and scammed like they will do to you. DO NOT USE EVERGREEN PEST CONTROL DONT LET THEM MANIPULATE YOU INTO SIGNING THE CONTRACT. If only I could put videos on here. If you want to spend hours vacuuming up roaches go to EVERGREEN! Also they come with some pretty bad customer service as well! 2 for 1. You can even pay extra for them to come spray 2 weeks after you see a bug in your house. Update they scheduled to come today and guess what THEY DIDNT SHOW UP and tried to reschedule for 11 days later NOTE IM ALREDY MONTHS BEHIND ON BEING SPRAYED. I’m paying for nothing I’m getting scammed and I can’t do anything about it. I am currently paying for 2 pest controls since one decided to give up on my house crazy world we live in.

I really enjoyed my Techs Ankara/Ous from Evergreen they were very detail and professional.. I’m glad we chose to go with them

Brandon was very nice and very professional. He let me know what he was there for what he was gonna be doing. He asked me if I had any concerns or questions that he could answer. I let him know what my concerns were, and he said he would take care of everything. He was great to work with and it’s a great technician. No issues whatsoever, and was very pleased with the work he did today.

Antonio went above and beyond in providing outstanding service. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in explaining the services that were performed today and took the time to address some additional questions and concerns I had. His excellent standard of customer service is one to be emulated.

We’ve had Evergreen for almost two years now & love them. They solve every question I call about & the technicians are always polite and thorough. I’ve never regretting signing up with them! We get free retreatments in between services & today Antonio did such a superb job I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Extremely poor performance, and customer service. I called the office and spoke with the account manager. I told her we suffered an extreme financial situation. My 94 year old mother has been diagnosed with lung cancer in both lungs. I have to go to NY and take care of her. We do not have the money for this service any longer. I was quoted policy regarding holding us to the agreement. This was told to me over and over several times. We anticipated my Mom needing help and talked to a wonderful person back in January. She dropped our payment to $40 a month. She stated back then that she could have went to $20 a month but we would lose the reapply. I'm really unhappy, we don't have the money to buy out of the contract. I guess that's what I get for believing the door to door salesman. Stuck with a 24 month contract. I received a call from the Manager, all was resolved to our satisfaction. Thanks so much.

I would not recommend this company. For those who think they are good I am happy for you. But for those who are not you should cancel them. They say the spray but they don’t, I know this because they took pictures like they did the work but I knew they did not. The owner of the company and I agreed on the work they would provided and come to find out they were not doing it. The people they send to do the work (not all) are rude. My contract was up in Feb but they are still trying to bill me even though I told them in Dec that Feb would be my last month. There are better company’s out there don’t use this one it’s a scam.
