Dedicated Pest Professionals performed a termite inspection on my new home and missed obvious evidence of termites. They passed the inspection stating there was no evidence of termites. I called for a second inspection from a different exterminator because I couldn't believe there were not termites on the property when there were 18 old baits stations in addition to evidence of a drill and pour treatment. Turns out I was right and there were active termites on the property. Warning: Even if there is evidence of termite infested wood, they stated to me that they refuse to touch or turn over any wood/lumber/firewood to check for evidence of termites that are not part of a structure. After gathering video and photo evidence of live termites, Rodney offered to come back and do liquid treatment for free on only 2 sides of a shed in the backyard. Prices are cheap and you get what you pay for so beware.
Very personable, listened to my pest concerns, customer service orientated person, wish he had a twin as I could give him lots of business....I highly recommend this company...
