First Priority Pest Control-A Division of Viking Pest

When we first bought our home and were searching for regular pest control, we were referred by a friend to First Priority. For almost two years now, we have received regular quarterly (and some in-between!) service. We couldn't be happier with the service we have received. The gentleman who services our house is communicative, experienced, professional, thorough, and kind. When we've had extenuating circumstances (i.e. mice in the garage), they are quick, helpful, and thorough. When we've had questions- they have the answers in a clear and straight forward manner. I would recommend this company to anyone searching for regular pest control.

I've been using them for several years now and they really do a great job! We originally had an infestation of ants in our kitchen that we called them to handle, and then decided to keep using them to keep the ants away and handle ground wasps and other pests that we have around our home. Occasionally we will see ants in the house during warm rainy days in the spring, but one call to these guys and they are showing up to take care of the problem! They are very reasonably priced, easy to work with, and very courteous and responsive.

This guy here was so nice. He was really reasonable. We called are landlord told them we had bugs out the a@@ an we could not sleep nothing biting us just flying allover us. He called first priority pest an when the guy got here we showed him everything an could see that we had a infestation an called are landlord with the findings . My landlord said to only do Termite Control!!!!! but this guy went Far and Beyond and again recognize that there was a problem in the house other than just termites and decided to also treat my house for pest control and spiders because the problem was so bad an my landlord was refusing to help us so he helped us anyways... my best friend ty so much!

We use first priority pest control at both of our hotel properties that I work for and they are very efficient and thorough. Always friendly and pleasant to work with and very reasonable prices.
