Such great service! Kayla helped get us a plan to fit our needs and the treatment professional has been out to our home on time for the scheduled treatments. Do you make it a habit to employ people that blatantly ignore no soliciting signs that clearly say not to knock? Your employee came to my door. I asked them if they saw my sign and they ignored it anyway. She woke up my infant baby. We actually were in the market for a pest control company but I would never do business with a company that has to harass people to get business.

Totally disappointed and dissatisfied. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable but I felt my time and day had been wasted because, apparently, the company doesn't have the "right equipment " to get rid of termites. I think I should have been told the day I called for an estimate. False advertisement.
