We are very happy with the service we received from Vladimir. He was straight forward and honest and repaired our refrigerator. He even had to repair it twice due to receiving a faulty part the first time. He was very pleasant and explained everything he was doing and why. We will do business with them again if needed.

This is the second time we have used Phoenix Appliance Services for repairs. Each time Vlad was knowledgeable and very personable. He offered great advice for our older appliances as to how to provide maintenance to avoid future repairs. I sincerely recommend Phoenix Appliance Service and will definitely be using their services if needed in the future.

Left a message and within 15 minutes received a call back. Was able to come the same day. Got a text notification when repairman was on his way. Friendly, fast, efficient and honest. I would recommend to others and wouldn’t hesitate to call and use again. Love supporting small businesses

UPDATE (November 2025) As mentioned in my review below (which I completely agree with), during the brief phone call (with the phone slammed down in my face), Mr. Smith (who is probably the owner of this agency... who knows!?) told me he was willing to refund the $140 expense that caused the most damage after the visit (see photo). Here's the result (see photo): initially refunded, but then withdrawn!!! I CONFIRM THE COMPLETE UNPROFESSIONALISM AND RUDENESS OF THIS "COMPANY". Original review (October 2025) A technician came to my house to check my washing machine. He disassembled it and then told me a part needed replacing. He asks for $400 for a single spare part, while I found that elsewhere it is sold for less than $100. A few hours after he left, I had to call the company back because a significant leak had started right where the technician had been working. My laundry room flooded after his intervention! When I called back, as usual, an AI-generated voice answered (horrible!) and, not understanding the emergency, hung up on me. I called again and the technician who had come to my house answered, but he claimed to be someone else, only to later conclude that he was the owner of the company! He told me he'd refund my money because his work had caused more damage (I recorded the call). Then I received a text message telling me it wasn't their fault and that I should contact someone else, without mentioning the refund I had previously requested and accepted. Total chaos and zero professionalism!!! I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

My Bosch refrigerator quit cooling Friday night. Since it was 15 years old and I am over 80, I decided to replace it. Saturday I went to Spencer's with the printed specs on my built-in refrigerator and photos. The salesman said it was a perfect fit, but it was an inch too tall. They had to cancel the delivery and refund me the payment on Sunday. A trusted neighbor told me Phoenix Appliance Services and I set up an appointment for Monday. Emil arrived on time and texted first. He said my old unit was better built than the new one. He was skilled and identified a power inverted as the issue. Tuesday he installed the new part on the compressor, cleaned the condenser coils, and even figured out how to reinstall the produce drawer dehumidifier (I had removed it when cleaning the unit). Emil and the company were outstanding and I saved nearly $3000.

Gentleman who came out was very professional and polite to fix dishwasher. Tried to do anything possible to fix without just recommending replacement parts or a new device. Said we may need new part but recommends trying after his deep clean out and turned out to work and didn’t have to buy expensive part.

We were very pleased with the repairs to our refrigerator. Vladimir took care of it quickly and efficiently. We were very it was repairable. We will definitely be using them again.
