I had some hidden mold and dry rot under my bathroom floor that turned into a bigger deal than I expected. Luckily, my claims adjuster allowed me to stick with Phoenix for the repairs, which led to almost a full bathroom remodel. One of their workers, Agustin, really impressed me with his work ethic and skills. He's super versatile and reliable, and he put in a ton of effort to make my bathroom look incredible. I'm really happy with how everything turned out with Phoenix, and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing home repairs.

We worked with Emily and her crew at Phoenix after our basement was flooded from a frozen pipe this past winter. She worked with us every step of the way, from dealing with the insurance, to dealing with all of our changes and proving us with a fantastic finished project. In a very panicked, stressful time we were lucky that we had Phoenix show up! They were able to remove all of our water damaged flooring, walls, and vanity in a timely fashion. They kept us fully informed through all of it and allowed us as first time homeowners to feel more in control during a very stressful time. What a great job Phoenix and Tim Howell did the other day! I called in the afternoon because my daughter and son in law had a leak in their bedroom that they did not take care of in a week. (Augh!) I was there and worried about mold, I called in the afternoon and even with impending rain storm, Tim quickly found someone to come out, inspect the roof, find it was a rusted Chimney cap and at least temporarily fix the problem. Thanks to Tim and that roofing company no more water in the roof or ceiling that night. I had first called a roofing company and it would have been a couple of days or weeks before they could get out. Thank you Tim & Phoenix.

Their workers love to tailgate and follow you in their company truck because they can't manage their temper. You can find many other renovation companies that don't have psycho employees. Do not trust this company. If their guys will act like fools for no reason, imagine what they will do when you aren't looking?
