I noticed the spring was broken so I googled local garage repair and came across PI Garage Door Service. Daniel was able to come by which was a Sunday, informed me that also the rollers, drums and cables needed to be repaired too. He did a fantastic job and now it’s as smooth as ever. Highly recommended and finished the job quickly.
One of our springs broke and I contacted several companies on Yelp. I was able to find an appointment with Leo within 2 hours. He arrived on time and was able to fix the spring as well as the rollers which were worn. I appreciated his honesty in educating me on what parts would last longer and what parts would need replacement. Value for the repair and guidance was excellent. I would highly recommend Leo to resolve garage door problems! The pictures show my broken spring and the new spring Leo installed. He also included a tune-up and lubricated all the major parts of our garage door so it sounds noticeably quieter. Excellent work!
Leo from Pi Garage Doors, did an excellent job replacing the garage door springs, and the rollers. He was very professional, prompt, and explained all the details for getting a better quality springs, and 5-yr warranty. I recommend him for future projects.
I started looking for someone to fix my garage door asap at 8pm on Friday night, and Leo was at my house, ready to get started at 11am sat morning! He was also super quick and efficient, and worked with me on what needed to be replaced and what we could hold off on for price reasons. We’re happy with the work and glad it got done so quickly!
They have what seems to be a 3rd party call center and it just cost them a garage door replacement job. Do yourself a favor and find a contractor directly.
Leo was very courteous and punctual for the appointment. He did a great job installing my garage opener and replacing the spring. The company was very helpful and accommodating to the apt time that In requested. I will definitely use Pi Garage doors again.
Leroy was extremely professional and did an excellent job repairing my garage door spring. Satisfied.
