Ventura Garage Door Doc Inc

Jason is an incredible employee. He was personable and efficient. He even cleaned up as he went along! Thanks, Jason, for the quick response when I called about my garage door issues!

The Garage Door Doc saved the day! Their garage door repair was spot on and they were incredibly professional! As someone who did marketing for over 100 different home service companies, I can spot the businesses that are the real deal; the Garage Door Doc is absolutely the real deal. From their intake process when I called looking for help all the way to their follow up after the job, these guys and gals are what home service businesses should model themselves after. I can’t say enough good things about the business and our technician Jason. Use these guys & gals with confidence, this garage door business is an A+ all around.

Our technician, Ron, was totally professional: knowledgeable, resourceful and Garage Door Doctor is blessed to have him doing service for them. We were given a clear description of what our repair entailed, at a fair price. Ron was done with the work in a very reasonable amount of time and shared some tips on how to maintain our garage door going forward. I highly recommend this company!

My only concern was with the price quote given to me on the phone. It was significantly lower than the actual cost but no extra work was done. The person booking the appointment should probably defer to repair person before giving prices. The representative who did the repairs was very pleasant and helpful ! He came on time and finished in the time he estimated. He left the area clean. I recommended the company to my neighbor.

Super service! I called on a Friday afternoon, they sent Ron out first thing Saturday morning. Ron was friendly, professional, and fast. Took care of my broken spring in no time. Their service order system is also great, with quick SMS notifications of appointment times, technician en route alerts, and completion receipts, I was never left sitting to wait and wonder. I am very relieved that they took care of my garage door so well.

Ron was super professional and on point. Amazing! Cannot be more pleased with the service I received. My garage door would not open so I called and Ron was on time. The job was done and he was polite, and skilled, and my garage door has never worked better. Highly recommended and definitely five Stars. Thank you Ron for the stellar service.

When my garage door would open, I called the Garage Door Doctor. Scheduling a service call was a breeze. I appreciated the text message from the their office with his picture letting me know what our technician looked like before he arrived. Jason was on time, professional and did a great job. I highly recommend calling the Garage Doctor if you need help with your garage door.
