Picture Rocks Cooling, Heating & Plumbing, LLC

Chris came out today and performed a detailed inspection of the HVAC system of a home we want to buy. He took a couple of hours to perform the inspection, carefully evaluating every part of the system. In addition to the comprehensive written report provided, he gave us a detailed briefing on his findings and recommendations. We could not have been more pleased.

Best damn company around! Nick, Morgan, Ozzie, Javier, Luke and Jesus were amazing. My dad was a home builder and I can tell you this company is 100% legit and honest. If you want quality and honesty at a competitive rate use Picture Rocks heating/ cooling and support local business. 2 new AC units installed in 110 degree weather and never complained once, stellar install and extremely enjoyable group of guys! I can’t recommend this company enough after dealing with other outfits, they are the real deal. Thanks again guys -Craig

From my first phone call, great service! Luke the advisor and Morgan came out and thoroughly explained everything and answered all our questions. The price and breakdown were transparent and beat the other quotes we received. We had one issue regarding the thermostat, I called Luke and he took care of it right away. The install crew, Jaime, Izzy and Jesus did an excellent job and were very considerate and polite! They made sure I understood everything before they left. I definitely would recommend Picture Rocks for your HVAC replacement.
