Lakes Heating & Air Conditioning

Called on Monday, was able to have a technician scheduled for Tuesday. I felt Nick gave me an honest assessment of the problem and discovered a more serious issue as well. While it wasn't the outcome I had hoped for, I was prepared for the answer I received. Will use them in the future for my HVAC needs. Update Nov 26 - Blake came out and installed my new HVAC system. Very friendly and very professional. Nate from the office stopped by to check on the progress. It was nice to put a face with someone I had only dealt with on the phone. Even when they hit a snag with a faulty board, they communicated with me right away and got me scheduled for Friday. Update Nov 28 - Nick came back out to replace the faulty board. Answered some questions with the new furnace and everything is working as it should now.

Jake was excellent. He always explains everything that he did. This time he did a maintenance check on my furnace for winter. I always buy the special package each year that covers the maintenance checks for my furnace (heat) and A/C which is a great deal. I did not pay anything today. Great company and great customer service.

Zach is an extremely knowledgeable Technician. Very thorough and educated me about the process. He explained how our system works and described several upgrades that may benefit us. Excellent service. Lakes is running a very good promotion on the Service contracts. We are taking advantage of the deal. Based on Zachs high value service, we will continue our contract into the future.

The entire process with Lakes Heating and Cooling was amazing. The initial phone call to set the appt was very efficient. The first technician to come out was Jake and he was very professional and helpful. Mickey then came out to give us an estimate (which was almost exactly what Jake told us). Mickey was awesome gave us a few options to consider. Once decided Denvir and crew came to do the new furnace installation. They were super efficient and completed sooner than expected. Looking back, all three appointments showed up on time and were very professional. The entire process was completed in 4 business days. I could not be happier. Highly recommend the entire team.

Jake Taylor was an absolute joy to have. Very professional, friendly and sweet. He was also very knowledgeable about his work. Gave me pointers and helpful information about how to avoid this situation again. I highly recommend him. I give him 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars

I have been using Lakes for years! They are fantastic! Always on time, fix what needs to be fixed, maintain my furnaces and AC units twice a year and are reasonably priced. I have always had friendly and knowledgeable technicians! Today was no exception with Zach! Great service appointment!
