I explained I needed a 10-in b vent and they sent me an 11. This was after 5 minutes argument with the guy explaining exactly what I needed. They're closed on Saturday so I'm stuck using an oversized flashing. Update: I gave them a second chance and ordered a 10 inch storm collar, I explained to them that they sold me an 11-inch vet, and they sold me an 11-in storm collar

The lady that took care of me in the showroom was very helpful as spent a lot of time with me. Got exactly what I wanted. Not sure about pricing may be a little bit more expensive but at least I know I got good quality.

Great company! They have all the parts in stock that I need. I had to come here because Lowes and Home Depot don't sell what I needed. This will be my go to place for any house related fixes. They have a showroom for updating fixtures, etc.....I have yet to go in there.

I didn’t order what I needed until 20 mins before they closed , I arrived there 10 minutes before they closed and left 5 mins after they closed. Everyone from the salesmen to the warehouse people and even the office personnel made sure I had what I needed , were professional and courteous. Not once was there any snide remarks or comments pertaining to me keeping them late because I ordered late. That is very much appreciated . They were 100% professional. Thank you.

He’s knowledgeable in the trade in the finer details to ensure you get the right versions of items to spare those nuisance trips back to some of the less conscientious suppliers to exchange mistakes.
