I’ve been using A+ Home Services in Anchorage for nearly 20 years to pump and service my septic system, and they have always provided outstanding service. They are reliable, professional, and do the job right every time. It’s hard to find a company you can trust for this long, but A+ Home Services has earned it. Highly recommend them to anyone needing septic system pumping or maintenance!

Do not use this company! I hired them to install a water line and on 2 separate occasions called with concerns of sink holes developing. Initially they kept saying it was settling. (Still very scary when you fall in a large hole). Come to find out they used a 1" line but put a 3/4" tee. This caused a leak which caused about 50' of dangerous sink holes that were over 5' deep in one area. When a company rep came out to look at it this here is their response: I spoke with my foreman and discussed his observations as well as looked at the excavation records here in office. I am happy to send you an estimate so that we can get this repaired for you, unfortunately, this is not something that falls under our one-year labor guarantee due to the time frame of the work being originally performed. I have confirmed that is not a reflection of the quality of work or something that could have been foreseen or avoided. There are many factors that could have caused the sink holes to arise such as; ground settlement, frozen lines, improper seasonal drainage, frost jacking, heavy rain, snow melt or ground water. If you would like to move forward with the repair, please let me know. At the end of the day if they had done the work properly I would not have had to spend an extra $13,000 for substandard work regardless of being further than a year out. And as for reviewing the excavation records this is another red flag as they did not use the correct Flare Unions / reducers.

A+ has always given us perfect service. They do a thorough job and evaluate the condition of the septic tank and field and report any issues. If we have any problems in between pumpings they are here as soon as possible. We appreciate their professionalism and competence.

I called the company yesterday for an estimate and today the project was began and completed before the set time. I had an issue with a fallen shared fence. They came out and assessed the damage and reinstalled the fence. Actually, they reinstalled the fence much better than it may have been originally installed. This company gets right to the job and corrects all exist issues on the project.

Great company from the first call to the technician coming out to the house and explaining everything to me even getting calls back after hours to answer questions. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend getting on there schedule for any of your septic system needs done.
