They have an excellent selection of RIB relays, boiler controls, and other hvac control products with a very helpful staff. As an Electricifor G2 I use them regularly and have absolutely no complaints about them whatsoever.

Thanks Mike! My heat went out late on a Friday night, I'm not an HVAC guy but after a little bit of research I had an idea of what was wrong. The next morning I called and spoke to Mike and he was able to help me find the right parts to fix it and even gave me a little bit of advice in the repair process. I hope I don't need his help again anytime soon but if I do I'll be calling back. Highly recommend Hasco.

Incredible customer service and knowledge. I left a message on their voicemail on Sunday, a day they are closed, hoping that someone would possibly get the message that day and call me. Two hours later I got that unexpected call back. Mike happened to stop by the office and found the part I needed. This saved the day and allowed me to get my furnace back up and running. This is such uncommon customer service that I had to write this review. Thank you for making my day!

While Hasco does have a good selection of HVAC parts in stock, they have terrible customer service. Every time I call about a part it's always the same, they say they'll call/email you back but they never do. You have to follow up with them over and over again to get a price, get something ordered, or to find out the status of an order. I want to like Hasco, but they have never taken good care of me as a customer. I shouldn't have to email, call, stop by in person, call again, and call yet again to get a darn quote!

If you have any questions on equipment/parts? They’ll give you the solution. Most other companies will want to send a guy out just to give you an answer they could over the phone. That’s why I only buy parts from hasco.

Excellent Customer Service

Employees were very helpful and gave great customer service. We were looking for parts and they helped find the right parts and gave on the advice on how to install the part.
