TJ Plumber Austin

This company (if you could call it that) is a total scam. Someone random answers the phone that does not work for TJ's plumbing, then they contract someone else out for the job. The plumber overcharged us, then when asked for an invoice they couldn't provide one. They also wait until after the job is done to tell you they only accept paypal/zelle/etc. Our toilet stopped working within a week after they left so we'll have to hire a new plumber anyway and now out $300+ for nothing. Horrible experience - beware.

My plumbing need was nothing major, it was just to replace a shut-off valve connected to my fridge. They were honest enough to advise me to wait until after the memorial weekend otherwise I would pay more because it would be on a weekend. I appreciate that. They came the next week and replaced it and the price was great

The work they did was incredible. They came to help us with a plumbing emergency at 11pm. We had a major leak. The water was coming out from one of the walls. They came on time to shut off the main valve which we couldn't find. They came next morning to fix the problem. Great service

I called them around 7pm to help me with a clogged line on the second floor. The toilet was full of water and backing up. They were very honest letting m know if they sent the plumber out they would charge us after hours price and it would be better to wait until the morning to save us some money. I appreciate that, they were punctual and did clear the line

They were great. I called them to replace my old water heater unit and updated to a tankless water heater. They gave me a better price than other plumbing companies in Austin, TX. They did a great job!

Incredible work done by TJ Plumber Austin. We had to leave for a couple of days and the water heater broke down a day before our trip. We called them late at night and they were here first thing in the morning with a brand new unit and ready to replace it. They finished before noon and that gave us time to continue with our plans. Great service!

My toilet was clogged and I had visitors coming soon. I was in a hurry and they were the only ones that answered the phone. They were at my house within 30 minutes of my call. They came prepared with their roto rooter machine and cleared the line. They were fast and finished right before my guests arrived. Great job!
