My hotwater tank wasn't producing hot water. Chris Stiles was the service tech that fix my problem. This gentleman is very knowledgeable and very professional with his work. I truly recommend this gentleman as your service tech for your tankless hotwater tank.

What a great experience! Was referred to Best Care when shopping for a water heater replacement through the Home Depot website (because I could not believe that a water heater replacement quoted by our regular plumber could possibly be so expensive). I received a prompt email response from Best Care and then, surprisingly since it was a Saturday morning, a call asking if they could send someone to take a look and prepare a quote. Plumber Cameron Reeder was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional and obviously knowledgeable, quickly assessed the situation, made some good recommendations, and then answered my many questions. He was friendly, courteous, and never pushy. Although the Best Care quote was very competitive, we decided to go with our regular plumber because they already know the house and our plumbing. Based on my experience with them this morning, however, I won't hestitate to call Best Care next time!

Seth James was great! He followed-up the drain clearing performed by Josh and scoped our drains to confirm everything was clear and running properly. I was very pleased with Best Care Home Services - the manner in which they responded, and the courtesy and professionalism from both techs who came. I highly recommend them!

We had to hire Best Care Plumbing to take a look at our plumbing leak and I’m glad we did! They are prompt, professional and give the "best care" to you just like their name! Highly recommend!! Give them a call!

Cameron did a great job with my inspection. He was friendly and informative. I liked that he showed me photos of the issues he found and wrote a through report for me to review.

I can’t recommend Best Care enough! When I called to comment for service, I requested the latest appt possible due to having to work and Jonathan Q came out around 5:30 to look at my furnace and diagnosed it. He determined a new furnace was best and called a project manager and even though it was 7:30-8pm at night Jarred came out and got me situated and scheduled for service asap since colder weather was coming. Installers Aaron and Eduardo came out and completed the job in less than 2 hours and got everything taken care of. This is my 3rd time using this company for home care issues and have had nothing but positive things to say about each person I’ve came into contact with.

Michael Thompson came out today to help us with our gas fireplace. He checked it out successfully and showed me about its maintenance. Then he gave us a complimentary hot water heater inspection. We have a very old tank and will be needing to replace it soon. He was so courteous and informative. We feel like we have a competent go to on all our plumbing, heating, and air with Best Care and Michael.
