Honey Go Fix It

This is my second time with Honey Go Fix It. Our garbage disposal went out and we had a leak. Ended up getting the everything but the kitchen sink deal. Plumbers were super knowledgeable and straight to the point. Customer service was awesome. They also installed the faucet my wife bought with no additional fee.

Trevor and Troy were amazing! Very professional and very kind. They walked me through the entire process and made sure I was well informed on everything happening. They also made sure to clean up the space and didn’t leave until they showed me everything worked perfectly. Thank you so much and I love my new faucet!

This was one of the best choices I have made! My bathroom had been remodeled by a really crappy contractor and water was leaking into my hallway. These guys came in made me feel like it was going to be okay and worked so hard to fix someone else’s mistakes! These guys were great! Only took two days and now my bathroom is fixed and looks beautiful! They did a great job! Would highly recommend and will be going back to them for all plumbing needs!

Over the years, I noticed that radon levels in my basement were increasing, so I decided it was time to install a radon dome over the sump pump reservoir instead of using a generic cap. After purchasing a Jackel Sump Dome, I chose to have "Honey Go Fix It" install the unit due to the complexity of my dual sump pump system and their competitive pricing. Scheduling the installation with Alexis was easy, and Jamie and Shayn arrived earlier than expected, clearly eager to get started installing the dome. They quickly began the installation process while taking a conservative approach to ensure everything fit well and to minimize any changes to the existing infrastructure. I appreciated their attention to detail and the fact that they took their time to complete the installation properly. Additionally, they were easy to talk to throughout the process.

I have to give a Great Big Shoutout to the Team at this company. Trevor,Evan and Cody are phenomenal knowledgeable plumbers . They had me at ease.. Very Professional it was a delight. Put a shut off valve in my home. I Love Love These three guys. Great job!!! Honey G Fix It was my Blessing.

I had an incapable handiman come out to do some plumbing for me. Take out a vanity. Put a new one in. Put in a sharkbite and a shutoff . And the guy destroyed my house. He left plumbing pipes not attached. He used old hose. When he cut into the pipe. He didnt shut off the water. He left water spraying on my wall. He floooded the house. Front to back. He collected the monies and ran. He also shut off the gas at some point. I called Honey Go Fix It. They cane out that night andd got the water shut off. The next day my brother discovered the gas had been shut off as well. They came out with no additional charges and got my gas on. They also recommended a restoration company. Had Honey Go update my 1950s plumbing and hook up my washer and dryer. Michael came to my home and told me what all would be needed to upgrade. He also answered my questions after the estimate, while I was searching for my washer dryer set, and really helped me figure things out. When I decided I was going to have Honey Go do the work, the ladies in the office set up my appt and even worked with rescheduling when the store I bought set from put me down for pickup instead of delivery. The office ladies, Cassandra and Alexis (I think, sorry ) were sweet, understanding and very helpful! Michael and Jamie came to my home and went above and beyond. They are both very knowledgeable and just all-around good guys. Had a tiny hiccup (because, well, stuff happens) but it was addressed immediately and everything worked out just fine. I'm impressed with their work and very happy. Any kind of home renovation (whether big or small) is usually stressful, at least for me. I didn't feel stressed for once. Thanks guys!
