Massie Creek Plumbing and Pump Service Dayton

We had an issue with a clogged pipe which was causing water and gunk to come up through our basement shower and toilet, especially when the washer was in use. I called Massie Creek and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. However, due to a cancellation they called and asked to come a day early. It was great! Travis and Kent came. They were friendly, prompt and did a great job. When I came downstairs the bathroom.was clean like there had been no problem. It was great! They also helped me to stop a leak in the hot line as a side request. I am so grateful for their service!

This company is amazing and very honest. I called them the beginning of the year in the freezing weather with snow cause I had no running water. My well pump quit working and they replaced it at a very good price. My water quit running again last week and I called them around 1p that day and they weren’t sure they were going to be able to make it out. But they did and fortunately I was able to figure my issue out! Thank you so much!

Massie Creek provides a thorough, professional service from phone call to job done! We have needed a wide range of services - faucet repair to gas leak assistance - and each time I have been happy with the cost of the job, as well as the friendly, punctual service!

Massie Creek Plumbing got us on their schedule quickly and worked diligently to find and solve the problem. They went above and beyond with their service. They’re easy to get a hold of, great to talk to, and made sure our home stayed clean throughout the entire process. We have used Massie Creek multiple times now. Excellent service—highly recommended!

Personable, friendly, knowledgeable, expertise, honest... You may never find a business that does work so important to your life that is as good as these people are. I have found my one and only plumbing / septic / well service.

I generally prefer to do my own repairs, but I found myself in a situation with a gas line behind a stove that needed to be done in one go since working on it shut down the kitchen. I emailed several local companies and Massie Creek was easy to communicate with and transparent on policies and pricing. The crew showed up on time and finished the project in the estimated time window (1-2 hours -- it took them about 90 minutes). Pricing was fair for a two person crew. Here's what stood out to me. One reason I like to DIY is because I take pride in clean, professional looking work, even when hidden behind a stove. The Massie Creek folks seem to share that same pride in their work, taking the time to test fit, adjusting and installing the gas outlet box with a "perfect fit". It's hard to find companies that take that level of pride in their work, and the next time I have a plumbing conundrum beyond my skills, Massie Creek will be at the top of my list.

I had Brian work on my mother’s house and he was fantastic. He found the leak and fixed it and also fixed the toilet. On another day I had Spenser fix 2 spigots. Hard to get to place and it was done perfectly and timely. It amazed me how great and clean and neat the repairs were completed. Thanks to both of you for the great job! You will always be my go to plummers.
