Really dishonest company. I asked for an estimate for repairs. They committed to provide the estimate in 10 days. No word at all from them. I contacted them after 3 weeks. I was told that the company could not work on my project. I spoke to two employees including the Office Manager who promised to follow up but never did. Save yourself much aggravation and use anyone else.

Easy to schedule, friendly service, and reasonable prices. My refrigerator (but not freezer) was overheating after the power outage from Tropical Storm Chantal. Paul was great: he diagnosed the problem, found a stopgap solution while the part was being ordered, and completed the repairs when the part arrived. He told me everything that was going on with my refrigerator, how it works and what was broken. I appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable he was during his visits. I’ve used Bud Matthews Services before and have never been disappointed.

I recently had Bud Matthew's electrician, Mason do repairs and replace. He is the most professional service person I have ever worked with. Quality work, explained what needs to be done, and prices were very fair. The front office is also outstanding and very helpful.

Ben was great. He installed and got our new dryer running after Costco delivery guys wouldn't, explained how we could improve our venting system but didn't hard sell. He even looked at and gave us some info about our non-working range fan. Very knowledgeable and helpful. So glad we called Bud Matthews.

Had an emergency AC repair on the hottest day yet! It all started with the prompt and courteous service from Bud Matthews dispatch all the way to my home where JON the service tech arrived and had us up and running in no time!! His knowledge and honesty left me feeling very grateful and reassured that this time my system will remain running unlike last time with the previous company!!
