Great experience with Full Stack. A very pleasant receptionist answered my call (I forgot her name) she was able to schedule my service and Kentrell, a very polite and professional young man, showed up when they said he would, he communicated with me about my repair, gave me options and was able to repair my outdoor spigot right then and there. Nice neat clean work and fast. I will use them again and plan on referring my own small business clients to them.

These guys are the best plumbers I’ve used, period. Jeff, in particular, is clearly very experienced, thorough, careful and a nice guy. They have installed a new Rennai tankless water heater system and replaced a number of faucets for me. Always on time. Very reasonable, too.

Full stack first came out when we had a leak in a VERY annoying location after the holidays (see photo with labels/before); it was a slow leak over the holidays but we didn't want to interrupt anyone's holiday for a non-emergent leak. They were able to fix it but we also realized (after 12 years) that it was time to reevaluate our "water closet" (see photo with labels). Full Stack said, "ok!!" And CW (owner) came out and brainstormed a few ideas and tested our water. A few weeks later, the crew came and raced the snow to install an aquahut, moving the hot water heater and pressure tank outside into a cozy hut, and make our "water closet" WAY easier to maintain and look SLEEK. The water filter and acid neutralizer need to be changed every 6 months and it was sooooooo tricky that it always ended in "I hate this house" and "we should move." Thanks to Full Stack I can't wait until we need to do maintenance in August- it'll be a BREEZE!!! We did encounter a couple of hiccups but Full Stack was amazing at resolving. CW may be a bit of a perfectionist and came back the day snow was predicted to add some finishing touches so that it looked how he wanted. From scheduling to installation the service was more than acceptable. However I was NOT informed at time of scheduling that the company had changed to flat pricing instead of hourly. Cost of installing a simple kitchen faucet with no connection changes needed. Time of installation was less than an hour for over 300 dollars. Ridiculous

I was able to book a same day appointment online ! I received a text when JJ was on his way. He was friendly, polite and professional. He explained my options and gave me an estimate of cost prior to beginning the work. He completed the work we agreed upon in a timely manner. I would recommend him and Full Stack! They will be my new go to plumber!

I’ve been very pleased with the service from Full Stack Plumbing. From booking the appointment to confirming the appointment to the service visit, the experience is excellent. Every i is dotted. All ts are crossed. Estimates and invoices are detailed sometimes even with pictures so the records are very thorough. The plumbers are kind, thoughtful, tenacious, creative, and smart. Full Stack is now our "go to" plumbing source.
