Joe was really great. Punctual, professional, honest, helpful. Thank you Edit We ended up using C&C Meyers to replace our whole system. Matt came for the estimate and was great. Punctual, friendly, professional, and honest. We don’t know much about hvac and he could have convinced us we needed to replace both of our units but he didn’t. We ended up replacing our upstairs condenser, air handler, and the entire ductwork for the downstairs. The crew came early, worked quickly (even in the heat of June) and replaced everything in a day and a half. When they left they made sure to clean up and answer any questions. Highly recommend c&c

Jonathan was very professional and friendly. The work he did was very professional and he made sure that everything was done to correctly to ensure the problem was fixed. He did all he could to make sure I was comfortable. He did everything right to represent your company in a positive manner. Hopefully he is a valued employee. I think the price was high but I have been out of the workforce for many years now so I’m sure with the current inflation rate I don’t know the price of things anymore. Thank you for taking care of my problem.

Bryce did a phenomenal job re-piping all my gas lines in my home and replacing my gas tank water heater with an efficient gas tankless water heater. He went above and beyond for us and made sure everything was right. CC Myers should be extremely pleased with Bryce’s work ethic and customer service. Appreciate everything, Bryce!

Bryce was great. Knew exactly what was happening at a glance and fixed it faster than he said he would. Customer service… out of the four people I spoke to on the phone, two were great, two were frustrating. I waited three days to get a leak fixed and had to miss a day of work because no one called me to tell me they wouldn’t get to me on time. Otherwise, great experience and I’d be happy to use them again if they were more prompt with their communication.

We are pleased with the service we received for our plumbing issue. Bryce was friendly, efficient, thorough, and made his recommendations easy to understand. He even emailed us videos and pictures so we could see what the problem was. We will definitely use C&C Myers again and request Bryce.

We heard only the best thing about this company, however after having my husband called to have someone come out to service our HVAC unit, given a time/day to come out. The time given was from 9 am to 12 pm, not a phone call or text!! After hours like most of us working folks, my husband went to work received a phone call almost 3:40ish saying the technician was on the way! Like are you serious, so unprofessional and not remorse! Today not even a respectful call back to express or explain why! Please hire administrators working the phone and can handle how to set up a schedule service with your technician and be on time! Things like this can mess up a company's reputation when they don't know who they scheduled service with! Do better, everyone time matter!!!!

Vince and Bryce were awesome. Friendly and professional team. They worked quickly and did nice clean work. The new toilets don’t have a messy caulk ring around the bottom which I appreciate! Haha They also took care of a plumbing issue that presented itself before they got there. Since it was a quick fix they did it without charge and also explained to me how to prevent any future issues. I always appreciate the quality teams C&C Myers sends my way
