Kevin came out 11/18 to service my father's hot water heater in which he advised us that we would need a new hot water heater. He was very detailed & professional. He & Sherman came 9:30 a.m. this morning & installed the new unit with no problems. We were very impressed with how quickly, the turn around time - less than 24 hours after the service call. We were very happy with Pardee and we'll definitely call on him in the future.

Excellent service from Pardee. My tech was Kevin Whipple. Kevin is very experienced in plumbing, customer service, and customer experience!- I especially appreciate that he removed his work boots before coming into the house! Kevin completed an in-depth diagnostic, established the problems-which he thoroughly explained, provided me with solutions and related cost options, and explained how I could save additional money by utilizing their maintenance agreement. I am very happy with Kevin, and Pardee- they eliminated the aggravation, solved the problems and provided a great outcome! I’ll definitely be calling them for future needs! John

Britain Grant came out to our house to replace the outside fan motor. He was punctual, professional and courteous. He answered any questions I had. I recommend Britain and Pardee Services for your HVAC needs.

Had to call the pros back out this morning. My unit wouldn’t come on last night in this polar weather we’re having. 2 techs were out here 2 weeks ago and serviced the unit and said all was good but they never checked to see if unit would come on. I’ve had my unit completely shut off since the end of September. Well I got the best tech this morning!! Mr. Ray. I told him what was going on and he got on it and 10 minutes later came out of the attic and said it was just a switch that didn’t get cut back on after being serviced. He saved my day!! He is truly an asset to Pardee. My wish is that every time I need a repair tech I pray it be Mr. Ray!! I thank you so much Mr.Ray. I have to say I’m also very pleased with Pardee Service. They do excellent work and customer service is off the charts!!

Damien, Tony J and Corey did a great job removing old and installing new ductwork in this heat. It took 3 days but in these conditions I don’t blame them. 3 days of them sweating their butts off to make sure cool air is pouring into the house I thank you 3 for all your hard.

Great company to work with. They take good care of their customers. Kimmon is their 5 star service guy, first time someone is able to explain plumbing to me in a way I can understand. Highly recommend.

Doug and Gerald provided terrific service. They were very professional, respectful and knowledgeable of the issue with my HVAC unit. Doug and Gerald went above and beyond while answering any questions regarding my unit that I may have had. Hands down 2 of the best technicians. I've ever encountered, I definitely would recommend them to any and everyone!!
