HEP Plumbing

We went through a big box store online and the response to us was with in minutes. We need a new HVAC system. The next morning we had a person out to talk to use. Very nice young man and very knowledgeable. After we made aor decision to go with HEP heating and cooling an appointment was made. The next morning by 9:00 am the crew was at or home to start work. Great crew! I would recommend HEP heat and cool to others.

Jacob Newman was awesome. Showed up on time, was professional, put together and quick with his diagnosis. Couldn't have had a better experience. Nice this man a raise!

Replaced our large HVAC unit for our bottom floor. Came in the morning and worked in the rain to make sure they got it right. Could have asked for better service. Thank you to Tristan and Adolfo!!!!

Today Connor was helpful and very thorough helping with our plumbing concerns. I felt very comfortable asking questions to make sure we were on the same page. Yesterday Rusty fixed some electrical issues in a matter of hours and helped answer other random questions, resolving outstanding issues we've had for years!! Excellent teams and service!!

Tyler Caldwell and Jacob Newman did an amazing job finding the leak in our plumbing and fixing the problem before more water damage was done. Appreciate them and highly recommend!

Jacob Newman and Brett Nicely came to my house today to give me estimates on my plumbing, HVAC and insulation. Both men were very nice and knowledgeable. My heat pump started freezing up over the weekend and I was able to get HEP in on Monday to diagnose the problem and they even determined my unit is still under warranty so I just paid for shipping and labor. Jacob Newman was my technician and he was so respectful and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. I highly recommend HEP to anyone.
