I've used Tarvin Plumbing for 30 years for everything from fixing a leaky faucet to a full bathroom remodel. Recently they "refreshed" the primary bathroom they fully remodeled 15 years ago. I would not use anybody else for a bathroom remodel. Dare I say, it was easy! I worked with Mark Tarvin regarding what I wanted. He put together a schedule, selected sinks and faucets for me to review, and coordinated my looking at countertop slabs. Once I made my selections, it was basically just following the schedule. Easy. My updated bathroom looks beautiful. Tarvin does first-rate work, they are easy to work with and I couldn't be happier with the end result!

Hired Tarvin Plumbing to fix two plumbing issues in my home, one issue involving replacement of drain lever in my tub due to rusted screws. The man got into my tub to view the issue but did Not even remove his shoes or even put shoe covers on. He determined that he was unable to fix that issue since he didn't have the tools available or even the know how to fix it. Since he couldn't fix that issue, I showed him the other issue (Installation of a utility tub and faucet) of which I already purchased and had available, the (Faucet, Utility Tub and hookups). He determined that he could Not fix those issues. However He had No problem giving me the bill for the time he spent too determine that he could not do Any of the tasks I confronted him with. In addition to that unsatisfactory performance, he left me with greasy hand prints and terrible scuff marks in my Tub and shower walls. I don't expect my review will be shown. I will Never recommend Tarvin Plumbing.

We hired Tarvin Plumbing to fix a small leak in my parent's basement copper piping, and we were thoroughly impressed with the service. Matt, our plumber, was efficient, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Not only did he quickly fix the leak, but he also initiated the process for an estimate on a bathtub-to-shower conversion, which was a great bonus.

Exceptionally happy with the work Phil from Tarvin Plumbing did. I called on Monday about my garbage disposal and a leaking out door faucet. I was given an estimate on cost which was right on the money. I was given the option of a scheduled appointment on Friday or they could probably fit me in Tuesday or Wednesday. They called on Tuesday and Phil and his helper showed up 20 minutes later. I liked that Phil explained what he was doing as he worked. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend Tarvin Plumbing and Phil with no hesitation.

Excellent service from Tarvin Plumbing! I had a job that required some special parts, and Mark was able to track down everything that was needed so I could get my leak fixed as soon as possible. The repair was done quickly and professionally, and I was impressed with both the work and the overall customer service from Mark and Matt. I highly recommend Tarvin!

Summary: Tarvin Plumbing performed two full bathroom remodels + sewer repair for me last year, and they were the trifecta of everything a homeowner wants: On time, on budget, and wonderful quality. They were also professional, friendly, and left everything spotless. Pricing was fair & reasonable with no surprises. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend! Detail: I had two bathrooms on the small side where I worried that most contractors wouldn't think it was their while - I should not have worried. Tarvin came in and did an assessment of both bathrooms and provided a detailed quote [rip out everything, retile shower, retile floors, install new toilets, install new cabinets, install new lighting] with no pressure...and then I sat on it for eight months while I decided if this was right for me. When I finally called them up, and they didn't miss a beat. They assisted me with making the bathroom selections and then laid out a detailed timeline for each step. I paid in increments as each phase was finished. It went like clockwork: from demolition to plastering to wiring to tiling and the final installations. The only hiccup was a small chip in the bathtub, which they made right, right away. A year later and everything is still exactly as it should be. There are no leaks, twitchy lights, loose tiles, bad grout, etc. Their workmanship has had held up perfectly.

Hired Tarvin because I’ve just effing had it with the upselling and gouging that is commonplace with the big advertise-y companies. Tarvin came out promptly when they said they would, efficiently fixed what was broken, and charged me a fair price. Keep doing what you’re doing guys, and thanks again Chris.
