I couldn’t be happier with the plumbing work done in my basement! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. My basement drain had been giving me issues for a month, i just bought this home and didn't know the history or what was down there, and not only did they fix the problem quickly, but they also explained everything in a way I could actually understand. They showed up on time, respected my home, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure the drain was running perfectly before they left. The level of detail and care they put into their work truly impressed me. You don’t come across companies that take this much pride in what they do anymore. If you need basement drain service or any plumbing work at all, I HIGHLY recommend them. I’m so grateful for the fast service, the honesty, and the quality of work. Caryn helped us from start to finish! Our almost 20 year old furnace stopped working all of a sudden on a super cold day. She got our quote put together that same day and her crew out replacing our furnace the next morning! Al and his team were really skilled, hard working, and diligent. They got the heat working on the end of the first day and finished the job by the second day! Thanks again Caryn and Al!

McPhillips is absolutely the MOST PROFESSIONAL HVAC Servicing Company we have had the GREAT Pleasure to work with and perform Repairs and Seasonal Servicing on our 1985 Hot Water Boiler with 4 Zones System. Sean and Diane were very warm and friendly and sent us Ernie, the Premier Senior [Experienced & Knowledgeable] Technician. He CORRECTED GROSS MISTAKES CAUSED by a previous unrelated Company AND did a PERFECT Thorough job about one year ago in 2024. We have had a number of our own businesses which required complex intricate workmanship and extensive knowledge, so we greatly appreciate this Company and Personnel and our new Seasonal Servicing.

Had to replace a AC and furnace in my condo which involved installing part of the AC unit on top of an eight story building in downtown Cleveland. This was made difficult by a tricky and tight stairway to get to the roof. Caryn, Al, and all involved from McPhillips took it in stride and made the whole process easy, without any stress. Everyone was professional, punctual, informative and a pleasure to deal with. I didn’t just gain a reliable and efficient HVac system, I feel like I gained some friends! Would recommend without hesitation!

I just had to write a good review for a great plumbing company. Nick was my plumber and was a very good guy . He was on time very polite and really went the Extra mile to fix my shower the way I wanted it . I was very happy with results did great work cleaned up when done and was just a good dude. Joe was unbelievable. Showed up on time, did a thorough job. Cleaned up and left the area he was working in like he was never there. I highly recommend McPhillips. The pricing was beyond fair. I will definitely look to use them again.

Had a full hvac system installed, They put the vents in a place that didnt make sense had to get another contractor out to check all the work, They didnt understand what the original company had done and why, Was told they had to contact the manufacturer and nothing heard back because something was wrong. Then friday thru today, We got harassed by some guy called paul, with multiple texts and threatened with a lien on our house over text message, Over a check we promised 3 days ago. Simply couldve been resolved wiith a phone call, We just dont do business with people like this, Heed this warning and go with someone who appreciates repeat business & not threaten and bully over past 3 days. BBB complaint filed. **We have cameras all around the house incase they retaliate**
