Mr. Rooter Plumbing of San Bernardino

The technician Raymond was awesome. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and takes pride in his work. I needed my PRV water pressure valve replaced and he took care of it promptly. The work was completed yesterday and so far so good. The work itself and brass pipping looks amazing!!

As a tradesmen I try to do all my own home repairs. But I knew this time I was going to have a hard time sourcing the part. So I took a chance with Mr Rooter. The young technician they sent over was clean cut and thoroughly respectful. After a little negotiation the manager gave us a great deal. And yes the replacement part was very hard to find, but Jordan never gave up and finally acquired the part and completed the job to perfection. I really need to commend Jordan the technician that came out. From start to finish he remained a TRUE PROFESSIONAL, even when I was beating him up over the price. I really have no problem with Jordan coming out to my house again

Raymond is a genuinely good person, he was honest, thorough and extremely professional. It was a very difficult clog to find in our main drainline and he made several attempts from different locations around my house until he found the root of the problem. I am very grateful and he is awesome. Thanks again Raymond, my family really appreciated your hard work and now our plumbing is draining instead of backing up in every drain.

Fantastic Service from Mr Dylan at Mr. Rooter! I had an unpleasant septic tank issue, and my landlord sent their technician, Dylan, who was absolutely fantastic. He is incredibly kind & professional. He worked hard to get everything working for me and when he needed a different piece of equipment to resolve the issue he got on the phone to let my landlord know what was happening without any fuss. I also had the pleasure of speaking with his supervisor Li who spent the afternoon explaining the progression of the work to my landlord & answering all of our questions. They are a great team, though It probably doesn't hurt that they're the most handsome plumbers i have ever seen. I'm pretty sure The supervisors arms have more muscle than this property has pipes. Seriously though, top-notch service from a great company. I have let my landlord know that i would like him to continue to send them in the future and will Highly recommend them to anyone I can!

The young man who helped us yesterday was outstanding! Polite and clearly explained everything beforehand. We were so pleased with the process, the work and the outcome! Thank you so much! We finally got a good night's sleep.

Dillon Chitra was amazing, efficient, timely and professional. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you for sending him out for great customer service!!

My experience with Rooter Plumbing was outstanding. Nathan was excellent. Not only did he do a great job, he explained everything he did. I never thought I’d say it was a pleasure to spend money on plumbing. But with Nathan, it was a pleasure spending money on plumbing.
