I trust Service Champions and have been using them for about 5 years. They have installed a water purifier and new water heater. This time was installation of new heat pump, furnace and coils as well as changing from gas to electricity. Paolo Cisneros was in charge of 3 other installers. He was polite, professional and answered all questions as he kept me updated. It took 11 hours the first day and 6 hours the second day. But they worked tirelessly. There was an issue about the system I was told I would have and the one delivered. Paolo immediately got on the phone and an hour later the expected system arrived. I know Service Champions will be there to maintain the new system over the years.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars for Luis Alcala! Service Champions always says their service techs are more than willing to do a "good deed" and tonight, Luis absolutely proved that to be true. He came out to service our furnace and ended up doing the greatest good deed there ever was. When he went into our attic to track the ductwork and insulation, he discovered a dead RAT! Unfortunately for him… but VERY fortunately for me… he went completely above and beyond and took care of it so I never had to see the sucker. I honestly would’ve fainted on the spot if I had to handle that myself. Luis is truly my HERO! Thank you, Service Champions, for hiring such quality, kind-hearted people. This is exactly why we’ll forever stay with your company. Luis made a stressful moment feel safe, easy, and even a little funny — and that’s priceless.

We just had our membership fall furnaces serviced with Gregory Seppannen. He arrived on time and introduced himself, put on his booties and put the mat out by the front door. Friendly and professional, Gregory promptly and thoroughly completed his work and left our house as clean as before he arrived! Great Service done Right!

Excellent service! Jason and Brian were personable, knowledgeable and I sincerely appreciate the great work they completed on our furnace. We took advantage of the special offer; so our cost was $88! Melvin Marshall & Kristopher Deskin were very professional and went out of their way to meet with my husband and I to meet late in the evening to discuss with us the repairs that we need it to get done at our house. They were very patient with me and polite as they repeatedly explained the work to be done at our house. They showed me separately the work to be done from what I had missed earlier in their conversation with my husband as I was busy cooking dinner. They answered each and every question I had. I highly recommend service champions as they are very professional, trustworthy, polite, and friendly!
