Just wanted to let you know I had a memorable encounter with one of your drivers today. Apparently, my refusal to turn right on red was simply too much for him to bear — because next thing I know, he’s honking like he’s auditioning for a marching band and then giving me the ol’ one-finger salute as we cruised down the next block together. Now, I totally get it — we all have our moments behind the wheel. Maybe he just needed a snack or a coffee refill. But since your company name was proudly displayed on the truck, I figured I’d share the experience in the spirit of good-natured feedback (and traffic therapy). No hard feelings — just thought you might want to give him a gentle reminder that your brand looks a lot better with all five fingers in the air.

Jacob P Did a great job coming into our home? We were having issues finding what pipe might be leaking or going into our septic pit. I like how he solved the situation in finding it out. He was knowledgeable and transparen't with us about it. He gave us options on how it can be fix. It shows that he actually likes his career and his craft. I highly recommend requesting for Jacob. P to assist.

Holden evaluated our plumbing issue quickly and made recommendations to resolve it once we receive needed parts. Richard has also done plumbing and gas work for us. Both technicians are top-notch. This company serves our home plumbing needs very well.

From my call Doc Thompson Plumbing was amazing. They have really reasonable rates compared to other vendors I have used in the past. Also Jacob was more knowledgeable. He provided excellent service. I love the service in that I had complete updates on my appointment and confirmations and timing of the service provider arriving. And very honestl. The best experience!
