Made appointment because my 22 year old system was shot. Discussed needs, install, and repair to main duct. Came out quickly, installed new system, but did NOT replace main duct. Called several times and got "I’ll forward this and someone will call you back." Going on 4 months. Still waiting for them to call me back. Initial service was great, but once they got my money, they were gone.

Over the hot & humid Labor Day weekend, my mother's central air system had failed, and her house became very hot. Conway had installed the system a little more than a year ago, so we called them to repair. After discussions with the parts manager and service manager, an appointment was set. The technician was Pierre, who had an extraordinary 40 years of repair service under his belt. He was amazing. He performed a beautiful job on the system and had it back up and running in just a couple hours after his arrival. Plus, he was extremely pleasant, as we had the chance to chat while the system was being recharged with Freon. As a businessperson myself, I felt the company dealt with me in a very professional manner and demonstrated solid business ethics. I was more than just pleased. And most of all, my mother's house is comfortable again. I commend Conway Services -- and especially Pierre -- for fine work. Thank you.

Had two different things done today. Justin Bailey did heater preventative maintenance and was very knowledgeable and nice guy. Thanks Justin again. Hunter Wilburn replaced a gas valve to water heater. Very courteous and knowledgeable and nice guy. Thanks again Hunter. If you ever wonder if being a comfort member is worth it today I can tell you it was a big cost savings. The gas valve was still under warranty. As a family with a child big expense are always concerning and today Conway did what they said they would do. Thanks again guys. I would recommend both of these gentlemen for any work needed In your home
