Edgar and his team cleared an area drain issue in my backyard due to a mysterious landscaping problem that confused my family for almost half a year .Edgar came out last week and kindly assessed my problem , gave me a very honest professional opinion , and never pushed his services . After deliberation and dealing with a few other plumbing companies , I just felt most comfortable with Edgar . He is just such a nice positive guy . I'm glad I did and the Renew team went beyond what I expected . He did a thorough hydrojet and even went through the process a second time to ensure it was cleared out well . Price was also extremely fair and lower in cost than other companies by a decent margin . My family , including grandparents , the kids , and cousins / aunts / uncles can now enjoy our backyard and use the water without stress and that is priceless . Thank you again Renew!

Our experience with Edgar and his team for the past year has been nothing short of spectacular. We purchased a home that had been a rental and therefore the plumbing had been neglected. The first time he helped us he fix an issue he was extremely honest and a job that we thought was going to be super complicated ended up being fixed with ease. He not only took care of the issue but also gave us tips on how to keep our plumbing running as efficiently as possible which we really appreciated. The second time he helped was when there was a leak (in our complex ) that he was able to diagnose quickly. I appreciate that he explains with pictures some of the work that he does as I’m a visual person. The point is that Edgar is always a clear communicator, is efficient and honest and that’s why we will continue to use Renew Plumbers and will be recommending him to anyone who is looking for the same treatment we have received.

Edgar and Frankie did an excellent job with fixing the pop-up assembly in our bathroom sink. It works smoothly now. I’ve had previous jobs done where they cleaned out the drains in both bathrooms, replaced valve on clothes dryer and added new gas flex line for the dryer also. I highly recommend the work they do. They also help in giving us discounts each time.
